Adam Marczak
Chief Azure Architect, Innovator, and Tech Evangelist

This formerly shy, introverted .NET programmer is now building cloud solutions for Fortune Global 500 clients as Chief Azure Architect at Lingaro.

Today he is leading the development of a major data lake and business intelligence reporting solution integrated with on-premises architecture. During his 10+ year tech career, he has overseen a wide range of cloud transformation initiatives involving Azure for business intelligence, analytics, data warehousing, chatbots, and more.

As Lingaro’s Microsoft Cloud Competency Champion, he leads weekly Azure training sessions for his colleagues. He is a Certified Microsoft Trainer and Azure MVP who regularly leads workshops, mentors hackathons, and presents at tech conferences.

Szymon Lasota
Azure Data Solutions Architect

Szymon is an Azure Data Solutions Architect who is leading architecture and strategy for one of Lingaro's biggest supply chain projects, a digital transformation program for a global consumer goods manufacturer with over 120 warehousing sites all over the globe.

For the same customer he has also architected and configured Azure to move, process, and make accessible millions of marketing campaign data records every day. He helps both clients and Lingarians overcome their toughest cloud obstacles and leads internal training sessions on SQL and Azure.

“When I joined Lingaro, I was a business intelligence developer who thought he was pretty strong at Azure. In fact I had a lot to learn and still do! I’m lucky to be a part of of a team that helps me learn every day, skill up on what I’m interested in, and tackle significant challenges in global-scale projects.” says Szymon.

Paweł Mitruś
Cloud Solution Architect

Paweł has over 7 years of professional experience in designing Data Analytics & Reporting solutions for leading brands.

Currently in charge of enterprise scale Data Mesh platform, with tailor-made big data ETL framework. He’d love to help choosing the architecture that fits business requirements for cloud based projects, but also solve different performance related mysteries in database engines. He’s an expert in Azure Data Platform.

Pawel also leads multiple internal skill-up sessions for the Lingaro Data Community related to Azure. Paweł is committed to helping his teammates find efficient ways to build competencies, stay motivated, and get things done. Ensures efficient internal knowledge transfer between project teams.
