Provide subject-matter expertise in demand forecasting and inventory planning.
Support the design and validation of RCA methodologies for forecast errors.
Advise on segmentation strategies for SKUs/brands based on volatility and business impact.
Collaborate with AI specialists to ensure forecasting logic aligns with industry best practices.
Review and validate automated insights and recommended actions generated by AI models.
Strong knowledge of forecasting principles, methods, and KPIs (e.g., MAPE, bias, volatility).
Experience in Supply Chain planning processes and tools (SAP APO, IBP, or similar).
Ability to perform root cause analysis of forecast errors and propose corrective actions.
Familiarity with portfolio segmentation techniques and demand variability analysis.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Minimum 5 years of experience in forecasting/demand planning roles.
Nice to have:
Exposure to AI/ML applications in forecasting.
Experience in FMCG or beauty industry.
