About the role:
The Partner Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies with strategic technology partners, driving pipeline growth, brand visibility, and revenue influence across multiple verticals. This role requires a hands-on leader with a proven track record in B2B marketing, partner alliances, and demand generation within the technology sector.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partner Marketing:
Develop and execute partner marketing plan and specific joint marketing programs with hyperscalers, ISVs, and strategic partners (e.g., Google Cloud, Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Databricks, Snowflake, GCP) to drive go-to-market initiatives and expand market presence.
- Demand Generation & Pipeline Influence:
Establish and scale demand generation functions to deliver qualified pipeline and revenue growth across focus areas such as data modernisation, cloud migration, GenAI, supply chain analytics, and customer experience management.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM):
Lead high-impact ABM partner related programs for key verticals and geographies, improving mindshare and wallet share among target accounts and partners.
- Integrated Partner Campaigns & Events:
Orchestrate in-person and virtual partner events, digital campaigns, and other partner activations to deepen engagement with key accounts, accelerate the sales cycle, and maximise brand visibility at flagship industry events.
- Partner Content & Messaging:
Oversee the creation of compelling marketing messaging and collateral for campaigns, partner communications, and strategic announcements.
- Sales & Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with global marketing, branding, sales, commercial leaders, and subject matter experts to align marketing initiatives with GTM strategy and ensure effective lead nurture and campaign ROI tracking.
- Team Leadership:
Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing partner marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and measurable impact.
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, with significant exposure to partner/alliance marketing in the technology sector.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling marketing functions, leading ABM and demand generation programs, and managing integrated campaigns with global technology partners.
- Strong track record of influencing pipeline and revenue, with quantifiable wins and experience in ROI measurement.
- Proven experience with digital marketing tactics and platforms (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) and their automation.
- Strong experience in managing and executing both virtual and in-person events.
- Experience managing and mentoring teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
- Relevant certifications in revenue marketing, digital marketing, and account-based marketing are a plus.
