The objective of Software Management is to ensure the successful delivery of software projects on time, within budget and against defined requirements in a variety of methodologies, practices and governance models in an enterprise environment. Members of the Software Management CC work within client structures, playing a management role within the client organization, using client specific methodologies and management frameworks, and under the governance of client
stakeholders. Although they have similar skills to Engagement Managers in Account Teams, they don't have the same accountability as Engagement Managers for the financial performance of Lingaro projects and other business management tasks
Master's in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
Prior experience as Project Manager or in similar role
Very good familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, frameworks and best practices
Knowledge of how to work in Agile project
Understanding of business objectives and how to set up a project so it can be executed within the timeframe and budget
Providing project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
Understanding of the capabilities and limitations of modern technologies
Proactive attitude, figuring things out
Ability to manage priorities and risks
Very good knowledge of English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Coordinate internal resources and work with third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
