Core Responsibilities of a Lead Backend Developer:
Design, develop, and maintain backend applications and services
Optimize application performance and scalability
Collaborating with other team members, including front-end developers and project managers, to deliver high-quality web applications.
Ensure application security and compliance
Designing and implementing data storage solutions, including databases.
Collaborate with frontend and UX teams to deliver a seamless application experience
Mentor and train junior developers
Stay abreast of the latest backend development technologies and trends
Implement and maintain DevOps and CI/CD practices
Adhere to coding standards and best practices
Document code and application architecture
