Support Specialist L2 (SQL and Databricks)

About the Operations Team:

Includes the activities, processes and practices involved in managing and maintaining the operational aspects of an organization’s IT infrastructure and systems. It focuses on ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of IT services, infrastructure components and supporting systems in the Data & Analytics area.

 

Duties Description:

  • Provide day-to-day E2E L1/L2 support for Problem, Change and Incident Management tasks for the service in compliance with defined processes
  • Identify, handle, analyze, and resolve issues and requests raised by stakeholders and clients
  • Tasks may include performing systems configurations, troubleshooting systems errors, monitoring, automation, and testing systems performance
  • Participate in documentation, internal knowledge sharing, collaboration activities, and service improvement initiatives
  • Weekend work/On-call support when needed 

Requirements:

  • Required: SQL and Databricks
  • Good to have : PowerBI
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Able to work independently or with minimal supervision
  • Open to learning new technologies and solutions.
  • Willing to work either ASIA, EMEA, or NALA shift. Willing to work on shifting basis.
  • Willing to work during weekends or holidays as needed
