Partner Development Manager

Key Responsibilities: 

 

Strategic Partnership Management: 

  • Manage and nurture relationships with strategic partners, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and vision. 

  • Develop and execute joint business plans, including market penetration strategies, co-marketing campaigns, and lead-generation programs. 

  • Building a predictable pipeline of joint opportunities via differentiated proposition to the customer - measured by partner sourced revenue from joint solutions and performance against solution business plans 

  • Consistently message the alliance value proposition and strategic direction internally and externally - evaluated by Lingaro’s choice as a preferred partner in agreed accounts and measured by joint strategic initiatives in play, executive connects in the selected accounts.  

Revenue Growth & Opportunity Development: 

  • Identify and drive new business opportunities through partnerships to achieve revenue and growth targets. 

  • Collaborate with sales teams to align partnership initiatives with customer needs and ensure smooth delivery. 

Operational Coordination: 

  • Act as a key liaison between the organization and partners, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring seamless communication. 

  • Own the relationship map, and drive and monitor cadence meetings, both with Partner field teams and with internal GTM & practice teams - measured by partner feedback, executive connects, QBRs.  

  • Work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Delivery) to ensure successful implementation of partnership initiatives. 

Market Intelligence & Insights: 

  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for partnership expansion. 

  • Provide regular updates on partner performance, ROI, and growth potential to senior leadership. 

Training & Enablement: 

  • Facilitate partner training programs to ensure alignment with the organization’s services, products, and solutions. 

  • Support partner teams in developing expertise in relevant tools, technologies, and market-specific requirements. 


 

Required Qualifications: 

 

Experience: 

  • Overall 10 years of IT experience with minimum of  3 years of experience in managing partnerships in the IT services or Data and Analytics services organization. 

  • Proven success in building and growing partnerships to drive revenue and achieve business objectives. 

  • Must have knowledge and connect with cloud providers in the EMEA region ( Azure, GCP, AWS, Databricks etc)  

Knowledge & Skills: 

  • Strong understanding of Data and Analytics services, including Data Engineering, Visualization, Advanced Analytics, and AI/ML. 

  • Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and problem-solving skills. 

Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree with knowledge in Data Analytics, or a related field. 

  • MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus. 

Soft Skills: 

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Proactive and results-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership. 

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
