Lead and mentor a team of 1 engineer, ensuring high-quality delivery and technical growth.
Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and automation solutions used across Lingaro.
Cooperate cross-functionally with IT managers to implement and adopt AI in their respective areas
Maintain and enhance existing AI agents, ensuring reliability, security, and performance.
Support IT teams in AI upskilling, providing guidance on tools, best practices, and platform usage.
Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and Application teams to ensure scalable and secure AI operations.
Proven experience delivering production-grade AI or automation solutions.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on engineering.
Strong communication skills and willingness to support upskilling initiatives.
A proactive mindset focused on reliability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
