Work on implementing new forecasting/churn models.
Commercial experience with various Machine Learning (ML) models (e.g. decision trees, ensemble-based tree models, linear regression, etc.).
Hands on experience in RFM and CLV or/and customer analytics or/and forecasting.
Strong knowledge of Python (OOP, decorators, best practices).
Knowledge of PySpark.
Databricks – knowledge of how workflow/pipelines work. Knowledge of databricks structure and ML related functionalities.
Knowledge of other ML methods (clustering, regression, classification, churn).
Understanding and experience in applying Data Science/Machine Learning methods.
Ability to work independently and can-do attitude.
Experience in working with client-facing role.
Good communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Azure tools.
