Domain Expertise: Minimum 15 years in supply chain management and data analytics, with at least 8 years in senior leadership roles.
Consulting Background: Proven experience in management consulting or advisory services, ideally within global, multi-industry environments.
Strategic Influence: Demonstrated ability to shape strategy and influence CXO-level decisions, backed by strong executive presence.
Thought Leadership: Recognized for innovative thinking and contributions to industry forums, publications, or conferences.
Operational Excellence: Track record of successful delivery of complex, multi-country projects, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
Leadership & Mentorship: Ability to build, inspire, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Innovation Mindset: Familiarity with digital supply chain solutions, advanced analytics, and ESG frameworks.
Education: Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, Data Analytics or related field.
Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate complex concepts clearly, influence stakeholders, and negotiate effectively.
