We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who will act as a trusted advisor to
business leaders and actively support the organization in achieving its strategic goals.
This role combines strategic HR partnership with hands-on execution. You will work closely with technology teams, collaborate with C-level stakeholders, and take ownership of key HR processes- from recruitment to performance management and employee relations.

Partner with business leaders (including C-level) to understand priorities and translate them into effective HR solutions.
Provide strategic HR advisory in workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, and employee relations.
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for managerial and technology roles across international markets.
Coordinate and manage external recruitment agencies.
Monitor and improve TA metrics and recruitment effectiveness.
Manage escalations and complex employee relations cases; set clear boundaries while maintaining strong partnerships.
Oversee performance evaluation, promotion, and termination processes.
Support and monitor performance improvement plans in cooperation with Talent Management team.
Analyze feedback from engagement surveys, new-hire checks, and exit interviews, and implement improvement actions.
Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure consistency of policies and share best practices.
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a dynamic international environment, preferably within the technology industry.
Experience supporting technology teams.
Experience working closely with international C-level stakeholders.
Strong background in both HR Business Partnering and hands-on end-to-end recruitment.
Experience managing escalations and complex employee relations matters.
Experience working with international recruitment agencies.
Strategic and advisory mindset with strong business acumen.
Proactive, solution-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and take full ownership of topics.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure where needed.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Confidence in setting boundaries while maintaining strong business relationships.
Proficient level of English.
