Partner with business leaders (including C-level) to understand priorities and translate them into effective HR solutions.
Provide strategic HR advisory in workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, and employee relations.
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, especially for business, sales and creative teams globally- e.g. USA, Switzerland, UK, Poland
Coordinate and manage external recruitment agencies.
Monitor and improve TA metrics and recruitment effectiveness.
Manage escalations and complex employee relations cases; set clear boundaries while maintaining strong partnerships.
Oversee performance evaluation, promotion, and termination processes.
Support and monitor performance improvement plans in cooperation with Talent Management team.
Analyze feedback from engagement surveys, new-hire checks, and exit interviews, and implement improvement actions.
Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure consistency of policies and share best practices.
Experience:
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in an international dynamic environment. Experience supporting business-facing and sales teams.
Experience working closely with international C-level stakeholders.
Strong background in both HR Business Partnering and hands-on end-to-end recruitment.
Experience managing escalations and complex employee relations matters.
Experience working with international recruitment agencies.
