Coordinate and support on-site and online employer branding and wellbeing events such as meetups, conferences, networking events
Support the planning and execution of employer branding campaigns and recruitment marketing activities
Create, schedule, and manage content for social media channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
Coordinate the creation of employer branding and wellbeing materials with internal branding team using Jira
Collect and coordinate content materials from employees and business teams, including photos, videos, employee stories, and event coverage
Prepare communication, recruitment marketing, and promotional materials related to employer branding and wellbeing activities
Monitor and report on employer branding and recruitment marketing performance, including social media and event metrics
Assist in market research, trend monitoring, and benchmarking activities
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Accounting, Legal Team, Admin Team and external vendors, agencies, NGOs and charitable foundations to ensure smooth project delivery
Use AI tools to support content creation, research, communication planning, and daily work optimization
Coordinate and support wellbeing events and initiatives organization (vendor and agency coordination, venue reservations, payment processing, preparation and distribution of invitations, packing gifts, etc.)
Coordinate employee milestone anniversary programs- developing global concepts and standards across all sites, cooperation with vendors
Monitoring current wellbeing trends, sourcing relevant experts, and partnering with global teams
Managing company swag and branded merchandise initiatives for programs
Supporting the development of local employee communities through engaging initiatives and activities.
Collecting and consolidating event feedback and engagement data.
Passion for employer branding and wellbeing, willingness to grow in this area
Excellent Polish and English communication skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong organizational and time management skills- ability to handle multiple priorities
Creativity, curiosity, and proactive attitude
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Willingness to work in the office in a hybrid model
Previous experience in employer branding, HR, marketing, social media, or event coordination will be an advantage
Active involvement in student organizations, academic initiatives, or volunteering activities will be considered a plus.
