Junior Office Specialist

Tasks:

 

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and handle incoming calls professionally.

  • Provide daily administrative support, including scheduling, document management, and office supply maintenance.

  • Coordinate meetings and assist with preparing reports and organizing tasks.

  • Participate in administrative activities and projects, supporting planning and execution.

  • Ensure smooth office operations with strong organizational and customer service skills.

  • Additional support for the Event team in their daily tasks.

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Initial experience in a similar administrative and office role.

  • Availability to work full-time on-site.

  • Flexibility and independence in action, with the ability to work under pressure.

  • Creativity, a practical approach to problem-solving, organizational skills, and attention to detail. We are looking for a motivated individual who will perform their duties diligently and effectively support the administration department.

  • Proficiency in English.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, and Outlook.
