Junior Office Specialist

Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide reception services, including greeting visitors, managing the

    front desk and professionally handling incoming calls.

  • Welcome and assist guests, announce them to relevant departments

    and prepare refreshments as requested.

  • Manage conference room bookings and coordinate meetings.

  • Handle correspondence, ensuring smooth communication flow within the company.

  • Collaborate with courier services, contractors, and service providers.

  • Coordinate with building cleaning and technical services.

  • Monitor and restock office supplies.

  • Manage office department emails and respond to requests promptly.

  • Support domestic and international business travel arrangements.

  • Provide organizational and administrative assistance to employees.


 

Requirements:

 

  • Initial experience in a similar administrative or office role.

  • Availability to start in March and work full-time on-site.

  • Proficiency in English.

  • Flexibility, independence, and strong organizational skills.

  • Attention to detail, creativity, and a practical approach to problem-solving.

  • Motivation to perform duties diligently and effectively support the administration department.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, and Outlook, with a willingness to learn AI tools.
