Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of prior experience as an IT Business Analyst, ideally, in an international setup.
Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools.
Being adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
Certification in Project Management would be an advantage.
Fluent command of written and spoken English.
