Senior Commercial Analytics Consultant/SME

We are seeking a senior-level business AND analytics leader to join our practice as a Subject-Matter Expert (SME). This is a high-impact, high-visibility role ideal for someone who combines thought leadership with hands-on experience — and is eager to shape the future of commercial analytics consulting.
You will play a pivotal role in leading client engagements, co-creating new offerings, and mentoring future leaders within the practice.
We're now scaling two of our strategic pillars:
- Growth Forecasting (Category / Market Size Forecasts, Channel Forecasting, New Product Launch);
- Consumer Analytics (Social Listening, Consumer Relations, Brand Health).

 

Tasks:

 

  • Lead and Deliver: Drive end-to-end delivery of strategic analytics projects in your area of expertise.

  • Act as a Trusted SME: Serve as the go-to expert in your domain — providing thought leadership, shaping methodologies, and ensuring delivery excellence.

  • Drive Innovation: Create new frameworks, accelerators, and proprietary solutions that enhance our offerings and differentiate us in the market.

  • Bridge Business and Tech: Translate business challenges into technical requirements — and vice versa — ensuring alignment and impact.

  • Support Growth: Partner with sales and pre-sales teams to develop compelling points of view (POVs), solution proposals, and client pitches.

  • Influence and Evangelize: Represent the practice in client meetings, industry forums, strategic councils, and publications.

  • Build Internal Capabilities: Mentor junior consultants and contribute to cross-practice capability development.

 

 

What We're Looking For:

 

  • Experienced and Specialized: 10+ years in analytics consulting, CPG, or a related field with deep expertise in at least one of the following areas: Growth Forecasting, Consumer Analytics, Marketing Effectiveness, Go-To-Market, RGM, E-Commerce, or Sales Analytics

  • Credible Thought Leader: You bring a track record of speaking at events, publishing whitepapers, or shaping analytics strategy at senior levels.

  • Strategic Problem-Solver: You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity, designing solutions from scratch, and thinking beyond traditional analytics.

  • Business-Savvy and Influential: You understand business needs and know how to influence senior stakeholders in global, matrixed environments.

  • Collaborative Mentor: You actively support the growth of others across practices and know how to bring people along with your vision.

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
