Act as SME and lead on implementation projects — translating regulatory and business requirements into solution functionalities.
Drive client engagements implementing tools for sustainability reporting (mandatory and voluntary reporting in different jurisdictions) and ESG processes.
Prepare presentations and workshop materials with a strong focus on executive-level storytelling.
Lead workshops and client meetings — gathering requirements, presenting concepts, delivering recommendations.
Collaborate with the product team — providing input on functionalities and user flows.
Own pre-sales and business development activities — contributing to proposals, scoping, and RFP responses.
Take ownership of assigned workstreams from scoping through delivery.
Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, research, and deliverable preparation.
Min. 5 years of consulting experience — Big4 or ESG/sustainability boutique firm.
Strong knowledge and understanding of the broad environment of sustainability reporting: compliance reporting, product reporting, EPR and others.
Experience working directly with clients at manager level or above, with a trusted advisor mindset.
Strong storytelling and executive communication skills — ability to distill complex topics into clear, compelling narratives.
Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
Fluency in Polish and English (min. C1).
Proficiency in using AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, and content creation, ability to design effective prompts, integrate AI into daily workflow, and apply critical thinking to validate AI-generated outputs.
Self-starter mindset, comfortable navigating new subject areas and taking ownership of deliverables.
