We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join Alchemy – the creative agency of Lingaro. You will be responsible for leading creative development of eCommerce, marketing and communication assets for key clients. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of creative direction, content operations, and client partnership, ensuring that complex deliverables move smoothly from concept to final approved execution, including market localization. This is a role for someone who loves clarity, structure, and creative quality — and who can manage multiple high-stakes projects in a fast-paced environment.
1. Project & Client Management
Proactively Manage communication with clients, providing updates, clarifications, and cost estimates.
Scope work, prepare resource planning, gather requirements.
Coordinate internal briefing, alignment and follow-up calls
2. Creative Production Delivery
Oversee resourcing for asset production (videos, images, PPT designs).
Lead localization workflows.
Review and pre-approve design quality.
3. Cross-functional Coordination
Manage collaboration with designers, developers, and creative leads.
Assign designers, manage workload, escalate resource issues.
Support internal working groups.
4. Quality Assurance & Compliance
Ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
Conduct multi-round reviews of deliverables.
5. Operational Excellence
Prepare cost estimates, manage budgets and PO requests.
Maintain documentation, asset lists, trackers.
Support process improvement.
