We are seeking an experience Strategic Business Consultant to join our Agency team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for turning complex data into compelling narratives and frameworks that resonate with corporate audiences. This role requires a combination of strong strategic and analytical skills, creative storytelling, and client-centric approach.
Data Analysis and Interpretation:
Analyze and interpret large and complex datasets to extract meaningful insights, trends and recommendations.
Storytelling:
Craft engaging, coherent and simple stories from data that are tailored to the needs and interests of corporate stakeholders.
Create innovative frameworks and templates to communicate the narratives in an engaging and memorable way.
Business Acumen:
Apply strong business knowledge to ensure that data stories align with corporate objectives and strategies.
Provide guidance and strategic consulting to the clients how to solve their challenges.
Client Relationship Management:
Understanding client needs and ensuring that projects meet their expectations.
Communication:
Present data stories to internal and external stakeholders clearly and effectively.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in inspirational presentation skills and storytelling.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field.
10 years of proven experience in strategic consulting, business management, data analysis, storytelling, preferably from a consulting company.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau), presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote)
Ability to see the big picture, connect the dots and identify opportunities.
Solid understanding of business principles and corporate strategy.
Strong ability to analyse and interpret complex data sets.
Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to convey data-driven insights in an engaging, memorable and simple manner.
Project management.
Fluency in English. Effective communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
