System Migration in Just Two Months!

The project involved moving the current website to a new platform in Magento technology. Due to the very restrictive deadline (approx. 8 weeks), we engaged other software houses in the work, creating a team under the leadership of Lingaro Group Digital Commerce practice in a short time. The project included integration with several external systems. In just 8 weeks, we managed to migrate the website for several million users and over 650,000 products without interrupting the website.

Challenge

How to place an order in 10 seconds?

In order to optimize the conversion, we have redesigned the purchasing process and prepared an original payment module. As a result, an experienced user is able to place an order in just 10 seconds.

The project has been recognized internationally. He was chosen as the best among 300 applications in Central and Eastern Europe. As a result, at the end of 2014, we received the prestigious PayPal Integration Challenge 2014 Award.
