The Playbook Consultant is an experienced and results-oriented leader within eCommerce, responsible for driving the successful execution of eContent and eCommerce projects. In this role, you'll use your expertise to manage project budgets, timelines, and quality standards, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. You will have accountability for fostering professional client relationships, managing and coordinating external partners, and briefing creative agencies as needed. A solid understanding of the digital shelf and staying up-to-date with trends in eCommerce and eRetail are essential to ensure your projects align with industry standards. The Playbook Consultant will also lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to achieve successful outcomes.
Structure and lead mainly Digital Shelf and eContent Consulting projects for clients according to the guidance from the respective Account Director
Track, monitor, and manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery and successful project completion.
Develop relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
Client management, including leading client meetings and guiding internal and external teams through next steps to achieve the project objectives
Manage complex consulting projects with multiple stakeholders from Lingaro, clients, and partner agencies
Business and data analysis to generate insights and strategic recommendations
Compose strategic documents and presentations as key deliverables to the client
Prepare and run workshops and trainings to the client
Identify business development opportunities with new and existing clients
Develop and maintain project plans, workflows, guidelines, and resource materials
Execute projects autonomously, while successfully coordinating with cross-functional project teams as required to procure required resources and support
Excellent communication skills with clear verbal and written communication
Fluent in English with confidence to lead meetings. Any additional languages are a plus
Skilled in extracting relevant information from documents
Efficiently identifying key insights and critical details to drive project success

Your experience
Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing or eCommerce in FMCG multinational
Strong knowledge and expertise in Digital Shelf
Minimum 2 years of experience in Product eContent for agency or client-side
Experience in working with a multinational and multicultural environment
Significant experience in project management
