Rather than simply replicating existing dashboards, we redesigned reporting experiences, rebuilt business logic directly from source systems, and established a scalable, governed data architecture. We implemented a Bronze, Silver, and Gold architecture in Databricks, translated proprietary logic into transparent SQL and Python processes, and centralized data engineering within a single platform.
