Jan Wenda

Jan’s priorities at Lingaro include understanding clients’ technology goals and tailoring Lingaro’s service offerings to help achieve them. He has 14 years’ experience in multiple leadership positions at Procter & Gamble, where he developed IT strategies and headed dispersed, multi-national, and multi-cultural teams. He oversaw a multi-million dollar portfolio of global Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing projects involving 150+ internal and external contributors. Jan is also an experienced public speaker having delivered over 500 hours of presentations and trainings on leadership, team dynamics, and effective coaching, among other organizational performance topics. He holds an MBA from Kozminski University and an MS in Computer Controlled Systems from the Gdansk University of Technology.
