    Aneta is a part of the Supply Chain Analytics team at Lingaro since 2020. As Service Level Manager she is responsible for the maintenance and development of reporting application that use business intelligence technologies (Oracle BI, Power BI, ETLs, databases, Microsoft Azure). She leads a DevOps Team across multiple locations (Poland, Philippines, India).
     
    She is a manager with 18 years’ experience in companies of diversified structures. She holds an MSc in Economics and has completed postgraduate studies in Coaching and Mentoring at UMCS in Lublin. She cares deeply about good relations within her team and exploring employees’ potential. Her principle is leading by example.
