Hanna is an experienced IT practitioner with more than 10 years of experience in the industry. She started out as a Level 2 Application Support Specialist and has advanced into the role of Service Level Manager supporting multiple technologies. Throughout her career, she has continually aimed to build her business skills in problem solving as well as the management of services, transitions, clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
