Joanna joined Lingaro 4 years ago and since that time she has proven her skills as a project manager and subject matter expert. Currently, she also serves as Team Leader. She is a person who combines effectiveness with a strong ethical code at the same time. As Project Manager, she achieves the targeted results and – by using her full potential and interpersonal skills – she helps others to cooperate and communicate better. As a Team Leader, she focuses on people, their needs, and how they can overcome any blockers that they may encounter.
Thanks to her experience with a pharmaceutical corporation, she combines business knowledge with project management skills.
