Katarzyna Łęczycka

Katarzyna has over 25 years of experience across various business and IT fields, including operations, sales, customer service, and R&D. Currently, as the leader of Lingaro’s data engineering team, she handles project management and the role of Scrum Master. She has a solid background in supply chain and logistics functions and is a strong advocate for Agile methodologies and Scrum principles.

Katarzyna holds an MA in Social Psychology from SWPS Warsaw and has completed postgraduate studies at SGH Warsaw on managing change and projects in multinational environments. Her community-focused activities at Lingaro include serving as a mentor in the IT Power Women Global Mentoring Program, a DEI Ambassador, and a Person of Trust.
