At the Lingaro Group, Kinga is responsible for preparing BI solutions in line with customer requirements. Starting with identifying the customer's needs, through data processing, ending with providing a complete solution. She always focuses primarily on the client's needs, especially on those that she may not know about yet. In addition to the duties of a BI Consultant, she is a Team Leader managing a team of BI Developers and Data Engineers. She is guided by the slogan: "Teamwork makes the dream work." Additionally, Kinga is active in the academic community, cooperating with UMCS and WSPA.
