Magdalena is an experienced manager with a very good knowledge of IT service and delivery methodologies. She has a solid mix of the business and technical skills required to successfully lead large-scale projects and build long term business relationships. She has excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. She has proven ability to develop positive relationships and to manage, motivate, and develop successful and productive teams. She is experienced in the delivery of projects for internal and external clients both locally in Poland and internationally. Prior to joining Lingaro, Magdalena served at Antalis, Hicron, JCommerce, Capgemini, and other companies. She holds and MS in Finance & Accounting from the University of Economics and Business in Wrocław.
