Natalia Rytel-Latos

Natalia has 18 years of hands-on experience in IT sales, with a focus on engaging with industry leaders and collaborating with large organizations to enhance their data and analytics capabilities. She is an energetic, goal-oriented problem solver who has always prioritized integrity, transparency, and business ethics — values that she holds dear as a "Person of Trust" at Lingaro.

Natalia believes that good relationships are a person’s key asset in life and is eager to share her experiences with future generations of women in tech and “pay forward” the support and guidance she has received from many others during her career journey. She sees the mentor-mentee relationship as a beautiful exchange of knowledge and growth and looks forward to fostering a supportive environment where both sides can learn from and inspire each other to reach new heights.

Outside of work, Natalia loves animals — especially dogs and horses — and is passionate about medicine as well as personal and professional self-improvement.
