Owie is a seasoned IT service management leader with almost 14 years of professional experience in the industry. She has a track record of delivering high-quality services demonstrating both her strengths in problem solving and client management as well as her winning combination of business, technical, and communication skills. Over the years she has leveraged these skills to build long-term client relationships and operations teams that are strong, motivated, and productive. Prior to joining Lingaro Group, she served in various service management and application management roles at DXC. Owie holds multiple industry certifications and a BSc in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Santo Tomas.
