Tricia has over 8 years of experience in IT service operations and management. In a wide variety of Lingaro Group engagements, she leads end-to-end support operations and ensures all service agreements are met with the highest quality. Previously, she honed her strong business and communications skills while working on an FMCG account as part of an operations team at DXC. Tricia’s technical knowledge helps her easily understand and appreciate the current technology landscape and the solutions to draw from it to best lead and support her team. She holds a BS in Business Administration with a Major in Computer Applications from De La Salle College of Saint Benilde and is currently pursuing an MBA from Ateneo Graduate School of Business.
