
Rocelle has 10+ years of experience in the BPO and IT industry. She currently leads a team of level 2 support specialists in our Operations Competency Center. Before joining Lingaro Group, she built her service and people management skills at DXC for 5 years while handling service management for multiple accounts and as a team leader and ops manager at Sykes. In her current role, Rocelle emphasizes continuous learning and adaption as the keys to driving long-term business success and empowering her people to grow. She holds a BS in Computer Science with a major in Information Technology from De La Salle University.
