Operations Competency Manager
Tina has 12 years of experience in many aspects of the IT industry business, from service delivery and project management to data and analytics solution pre-sales. She heads Lingaro Group’s largest Operations Competency Center cluster with around 100 consultants delivering high-quality, 24x7 support and DevOps service to enterprises around the world. Tina aims to grow Lingaro Group’s future leaders in service operations and steer her team’s transformation journey towards operational maturity. Tina received our Country Head Award in 2022, was recognized as a Strong Woman in IT by creative agency Come Creations Group in 2023, and leads our Global Women’s Community. Tina’s personal values of integrity, excellence, and accountability are at the center of all her professional relationships. She holds a bachelor’s degree with honors in Information Systems from the University of Santo Tomas.
