Paulina Bartoszek

Paulina joined Lingaro Group in May 2023 as Head of Transformation and Strategy. Paulina brings over 15 years of experience in corporate and market strategy, business design, and organizational transformation gained in roles at global professional services firms and management consultancies like EY and PwC.

In her current role at Lingaro she oversees selected general management functions such as transformation & strategy, change adoption & communications, knowledge management, and site management. She is also a certified change management professional currently focusing on structured and large-scale (Gen)AI adoption. Additionally, she serves as an Executive Sponsor for Lingaro's DEI initiatives.

Paulina is passionate about the future of work, and she consistently harnesses the power of AI to enhance her own leadership effectiveness. She holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from the Poznan University of Economics and Business.
