Statute of the "IT Power Women Global Mentoring Program" campaign
§1. General provisions
1. The organizer of the action is Lingaro Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, at 180 Puławska Street, 02-670 Warsaw, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS no. 0000241638, NIP no. 5213364585, REGON no. 140275949, with share capital of PLN 969.000,00.
2. The campaign is aimed at women – students and graduates with no more than 2 years of professional experience.
3. The aim of the action is to increase the students' interest in the prospect of working in the IT industry and to present the possibilities of professional development in this matter.
§2. Course of action
1. Interested persons may apply to participate in the action at https://lingarogroup.com/it-power-women-global-mentoring-program by November 8, 2023. The organizer will verify the submitted applications and, on its basis, will select a group of participants in the "IT Power Women Global Mentoring Program" campaign. The organizer reserves the right to contact only selected people.
2. As part of the "IT Power Women Global Mentoring Program", the Organizer will provide each qualified participant with 6 (six) mentoring meetings with a mentor indicated by the Organizer - an employee or associate of the Organizer.
3. Mentoring meetings will be held between November 27, 2023, and April 26, 2024 on dates and times agreed by the mentors and participants.
4. The "IT Power Women Global Mentoring Program" is a series of mentoring meetings for female students, held in person or via a web messenger.
5. Participation in the "IT Power Women Global Mentoring Program" is voluntary and free of charge.
6. In the event of breach by the Participant of the provisions of the Regulations, the Organizer has the right to exclude the participant from further participation in the "IT Power Women Global Mentoring Program" or subsequent editions of the "IT Power Women Global Mentoring Program".
§3. Final Provisions
1. If any of the provisions of these Regulations proves to be ineffective, illegal or invalid, the remaining provisions of this Statute will remain in force.
2. The "IT Power Women Global Mentoring Program" is in no way organized, sponsored, carried out or endorsed by Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn or associated with them.
3. In the event of breach by the Participant of the provisions of the Regulations, the Organizer has the right to exclude the participant from further participation in the "IT Power Women Global Mentoring Program" or subsequent editions of the "IT Power Women Global Mentoring Program".

Regulamin akcji „IT Power Women Global Mentoring Program”
§1. Postanowienia ogólne
1. Organizatorem akcji jest Lingaro sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Warszawie, adres: ul. Puławska 180, 02-670 Warszawa, wpisanej do Rejestru Przedsiębiorców Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego prowadzonego przez Sąd Rejonowy dla m.st. Warszawy w Warszawie, XIII Wydział Gospodarczy Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego, pod numerem KRS 0000241638, REGON 140275949, NIP 5213364585, z kapitałem zakładowym 969 000,00 zł.
2. Akcja skierowana jest do studentek i absolwentek z doświadczeniem zawodowym nie dłuższym niż 2 lata.
3. Celem akcji jest zwiększenie zainteresowania studentek perspektywą pracy w branży IT oraz przedstawienie im możliwości rozwoju zawodowego w tym obszarze.
§2. Przebieg akcji
1. Osoby zainteresowane mogą zgłaszać się do udziału w akcji pod adresem https://lingarogroup.com/it-power-women-global-mentoring-program do dnia 8 listopada 2023. Organizator przeprowadzi weryfikację zgłoszonych kandydatur i na jej podstawie wybierze grono uczestniczek akcji „IT Power Women Global Mentoring Program”. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do kontaktu wyłącznie z wybranymi osobami.
2. Organizator w ramach „IT Power Women Global Mentoring Program” zapewni każdej zakwalifikowanej uczestniczce 6 (sześć) spotkań mentoringowych ze wskazaną przez Organizatora mentorką – pracownikiem lub współpracownikiem Organizatora.
3. Spotkania mentoringowe odbywać się będę w terminie 27 listopada 2023 – 26 kwietnia 2024 w datach i godzinach uzgodnionych przez mentorki i uczestniczki.
4. „IT Power Women Global Mentoring Program” to cykl spotkań mentoringowych przeznaczonych dla studentek i absolwentek, odbywających się osobiście/przez komunikator sieciowy.
5. Udział w „IT Power Women Global Mentoring Program” jest dobrowolny i nieodpłatny.
6. W przypadku naruszenia przez Uczestnika postanowień Regulaminu, Organizator ma prawo wykluczyć uczestnika z dalszego udziału w “IT Power Women Global Mentoring Program” lub kolejnych edycjach “IT Power Women Global Mentoring Program”.
§3. Postanowienia końcowe
1. Jeśli którekolwiek z postanowień niniejszej Regulaminu okaże się nieskuteczne, niezgodne z prawem lub nieważne, pozostałe postanowienia niniejszego Regulaminu pozostaną w mocy.
2. „IT Power Women Global Mentoring Program” nie jest w żaden sposób organizowany, sponsorowany, przeprowadzany ani popierany przez serwisy Instagram, Facebook oraz LinkedIn ani z nimi związany.
3. Podmiotem wyłącznie odpowiedzialnym za przeprowadzenie „IT Power Women Global Mentoring Program” jest Organizator, a uczestnicy wyrażają zgodę na zwolnienie serwisów Instagram, Facebook oraz LinkedIn z odpowiedzialności mogącej powstać w związku z organizowaniem „IT Power Women Global Mentoring Program”.
