The 2024 Gartner Peer Insights Voice of the Customer for Data and Analytics Service Providers Report has recognized Lingaro as a Strong Performer once again. The last time was in 2022.

Gartner released its 2024 “Voice of the Customer for Data and Analytics Service Providers” report. The “Voice of the Customer” is a document that synthesizes Gartner Peer Insights’ reviews into insights for IT decision makers. 

In this document, only vendors with 20 or more eligible published reviews (and 15 or more ratings for “Capabilities” and “Support/Delivery”) during the specified 18-month submission period are included. Reviews from vendor partners or end users of companies with less than $50M in revenue are excluded from this methodology.

This year, only five data and analytics service vendors were recognized in the report. Gartner defines data and analytics services as “consulting and system integration (C&SI) and managed services.” They “manage data for all uses (operational and analytical), and analyze data to drive business processes and improve business outcomes through more effective decision making.”

Just like the last time that Lingaro was included in the report, Lingaro got a 4.6/5.0 overall score (as of August 28, 2024) and was named a Strong Performer. To be peer recognized as a Strong Performer, a vendor must meet or exceed the market average for the Overall Experience but do not meet the market average User Interest and Adoption rating. 

Lingaro got a 100% willingness-to-recommend score based on 25 total reviews as of 31 May 2024, Lingaro received 94% willingness-to-recommend score in 2022 report based on 20 total reviews as of 31 May 2022. This means that all the business users that submitted a Gartner Peer Review claimed that they are willing to recommend Lingaro to other firms.

Many reviewers extolled Lingaro’s ability to deliver “excellent service levels.” One firm in general management stated that Lingaro’s “highly skilled team helped us by delivering complex IT integration solutions.”

A common thread among many reviewers is how they experienced Lingaro as a “great,” “real,” and “valued” partner. They claimed that Lingaro propels projects to success, helps them to become data-driven companies, and proactively provides “value adding propositions.” To read more user reviews of Lingaro, visit Lingaro’s profile on the Peer Insights platform.
