Tasks:

Develop high-quality AI-generated images, motion graphics, and cinematic video assets, combining full-AI creation and hybrid human-AI workflows to maximize creativity and production value.

Partner closely with Creative Directors to translate strategic briefs into distinctive visual executions across all touch points.

Research, test, and optimize the latest AI tools to push creative possibilities and improve production workflow.

Ensure all deliverables reflect the brand’s identity, tone, and company’s standards.

Contribute to internal AI-design library, templates, and AI creative-process expertise.

Manage projects end-to-end — timelines, revisions, and file delivery — whether for demanding tailor-made creative projects or large-volume series requiring a content factory approach.
Requirements:

5+ years of professional experience in creative design, motion, or video-production roles with proven hands-on mastery of AI creation tools and prompt-crafting for design and video.

A strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion work that demonstrates AI creativity, aesthetic excellence, and consistency.

Deep understanding of storytelling, visual composition, rhythm, and editing to master.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator) and familiarity with 3D or generative-motion workflows is a plus to create hybrid process.

Passion for AI — its possibilities and limits constantly challenged — with a strong appetite for innovation, emerging technologies, and the fusion of art and data.
