Tasks:

Collaborate closely with the Associate Creative Director and the Branding team designers to elevate the visual quality of all brand assets.

Translate brand strategy and the key creative assets created by the partner creative agency into compelling, high-quality visual executions across print, digital, and social.

Maintain the design standards to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Review, refine, and approve creative work from designers to push visual excellence.

Act as a creative quality gatekeeper and support the team in raising the creative bar.

Supervise and execute independently all the brand's animated assets, from video shooting to motion design and video editing.

Leverage AI tools to streamline creative workflows and explore new video production processes.
What We're Looking For:

5–8 years of experience in branding, visual design, video production or art direction roles.

A strong portfolio that demonstrates refined aesthetics, creative range, and consistency.

Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and visual design principles.

Advanced proficiency in video production and motion design, from conception to production and finalization (Premiere, AfterEffects).

Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway) to enhance creative development and productivity.

Proven ability to collaborate with creative leadership and give constructive, actionable feedback.

Excellent eye for detail, typography, composition, and storytelling.

Experience working across multiple formats: print, web, social, and environmental.

Experience working within established brand guidelines and evolving brand systems.

Fluent in English.
