We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Senior Business Analyst / Senior Consultant to support the end-to-end growth and delivery activities of our Supply Chain practice. The role will involve working across presales, RFP responses, client discovery, requirements analysis, functional solution design, business process consulting, and client-facing presentations.
The candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, helping clients capture their supply chain challenges, translate business needs into solution requirements, and support the design of scalable, value-driven supply chain solutions powered by data analytics & AI.
This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain processes, consulting skills, analytical thinking, and familiarity with supply chain planning and enterprise platforms such as o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP/APO/S/4HANA, or similar solutions. As well as business analysis and mapping tools e.g., Visio, Lucid charts, Python, SQL, ML/AI, etc- Transportation/Warehousing or both- Leading the practice and also hands on- more a business expert.
Tasks:
Presales, RFP and Practice Support:

Support end-to-end presales activities for Supply Chain transformation and technology engagements.

Contribute to RFP/RFI responses, proposal development, solution narratives, effort estimates, assumptions, and delivery approaches.

Work with sales, practice leadership, solution architects, and delivery teams to develop compelling client proposals.

Create client-facing presentations, solution decks, offering materials, business case documents, and executive-level discussion materials.

Support the development of new supply chain service offerings, accelerators, frameworks, and reusable consulting assets.

Participate in client meetings, discovery workshops, demos, and solution walkthroughs.
Business Analysis and Consulting:

Lead or support requirements gathering sessions with client business stakeholders across supply chain functions.
-
Analyze current-state business processes, identify gaps, pain points, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
-
Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, business rules, and solution specifications.
-
Conduct fit-gap analysis between business requirements and technology platform capabilities.
-
Support the definition of future-state processes, operating models, and solution designs.
-
Bridge communication between business users, product teams, technical teams, implementation partners, and leadership stakeholders.
Solutioning and Delivery Support:
-
Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams to design supply chain planning and execution solutions powered by data & analytics.

Support configuration discussions, functional design, integration requirements, data requirements, testing, and deployment planning.

Help define KPIs, dashboards, reports, and analytics requirements for supply chain visibility and decision-making.

Support UAT planning, test case development, defect triage, and business validation.

Ensure proposed solutions align with business objectives, industry best practices, and technology platform capabilities.

Provide domain expertise during implementation, transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Client and Stakeholder Management:

Lead client discussions with confidence and structure, especially around business processes, requirements, and solution options.

Build strong relationships with client stakeholders across business, IT, operations, and leadership teams.

Facilitate workshops, design sessions, process reviews, and executive readouts.
-
Communicate complex business and technology concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Manage competing stakeholder priorities and support decision-making through structured analysis and recommendations.
What We're Looking For:

10-15+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, supply chain transformation, or technology implementation roles.
-
Ability to think end-to-end supply chain synchronization, rather than in specific area silos.
-
Strong experience working in supply chain domains such as planning, logistics & transportation, manufacturing, inventory, warehousing, demand forecasting, or order management.
-
Experience supporting or leading client-facing consulting engagements with digital and systems-complex data analytics nature.
-
Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, fit-gap analysis, solution documentation, and stakeholder management.
-
Experience contributing to presales, proposals, RFP responses, solution presentations, or consulting offerings.

Prior experience working with cross-functional teams across business, IT, architecture, data, analytics, AI, and delivery functions.

Experience in supply chain digital transformation, planning transformation, ERP transformation, or analytics-led supply chain improvement programs.
