Tasks:

Media Data Ingestion and Connectivity (Funnel.io / Supermetrics):
  • Design and Implementation: Design, implement, and maintain robust data ingestion pipelines using Funnel.io and Supermetrics to ensure seamless data flow from various media sources.
  • Data Monitoring: Continuously monitor the accuracy, reliability, and completeness of ingested data, and address any discrepancies or issues proactively.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve data ingestion challenges swiftly to ensure continuous and uninterrupted data access, leveraging strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand their data needs and optimize data pipelines to meet evolving business objectives.
META Business Manager Operations:
  • Account Management: Manage and oversee the configuration and ongoing operations of clients' Facebook Business Manager accounts, ensuring they are securely connected to agency ad accounts.
  • Domain and API Management: Conduct domain verification, manage ownership within Facebook Business Manager, and set up tracking pixels and conversion APIs to ensure accurate performance tracking and reporting.
  • Up-to-Date Knowledge: Stay current with the latest updates, trends, and best practices within META Business Manager, and proactively implement changes to optimize account performance.
Project Management:
  • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure that all tasks related to media data management and ad tech operations are completed on time and within scope.
  • Task Management: Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks early and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track and aligned with client goals
Presentation and Communication Skills:
  • Clear Communication: Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
  • Reporting: Prepare and deliver insightful presentations and reports on project status, campaign performance, and data insights to clients and senior management.
  • Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing regular updates, soliciting feedback, and ensuring their needs are met.
Training and Knowledge Sharing:
  • Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions for clients, media agencies, and internal teams on how to effectively use ad tech tools, manage data pipelines, and optimize ad performance.
  • Documentation: Develop comprehensive training materials, user guides, and best practices documentation to support ongoing learning and skill development.
Attention to Detail:
  • Data Accuracy: Maintain a high level of accuracy in all data management tasks, ensuring that data integrity is preserved across all systems and reports.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on all data inputs, processes, and outputs to identify and correct errors before they impact client reporting.
Time Management and Deadline Adherence:
  • Efficient Workflow: Organize and prioritize work efficiently to meet deadlines without compromising on quality, even in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Proactive Planning: Anticipate potential delays or obstacles and take proactive measures to ensure that all projects are delivered on time.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
  • Process Optimization: Continuously seek opportunities to improve data processes, from ingestion to reporting, leveraging new technologies and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in ad tech and digital marketing and apply this knowledge to innovate and drive client success.

What We're Looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing data ingestion pipelines with tools like Funnel.io and Supermetrics.
  • Extensive experience with META Business Manager, including domain verification, pixel setup, and conversion API implementation.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency or in a similar role.
  • Certifications in META advertising platforms.
  • Familiarity with other ad tech tools and platforms.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
  • Client and Stakeholder Management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to come up with creative solutions to address customer problem
