Director, Supply Chain Analytics (Data & AI services)

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Supply Chain Analytics to lead our end-to-end data analytics and AI portfolio across core supply chain domains—logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, procurement, planning & forecasting, and sustainability. You will own practice strategy, solution portfolio design, pre-sales, delivery excellence, and client value realization. The ideal leader combines deep domain expertise with hands-on experience building, operationalizing, and scaling AI/analytics solutions at global enterprises with supply chain focus.

Tasks:

1) Strategy & Practice Leadership

• Define the vision, roadmap, and investment priorities for Supply Chain Analytics & AI, aligned to our go-to-market and partner strategy (e.g., hyperscalers and modern data platforms).
• Build a differentiated and competitive portfolio for Supply Chain Analytics: Control Tower, Digital Twin, Demand Forecasting, Inventory Optimization, Network Design, S&OP/IBP insights, Spend Optimization, Supplier Risk & ESG analytics.
• Own commercial outcomes of the portfolio (pipeline, win rate, growth, revenue, margin) and drive repeatable solutions/accelerators portfolio.

2) Client Advisory, Pre-Sales & Solutioning

• Lead C-level conversations, discovery workshops, value hypotheses, and business cases; translate problems into data-driven products with measurable ROI.
• Collaborate with data and AI practices to architect solution blueprints spanning business value → solution design → solution implementation → change management & adoption.
• Oversee responses to proposals, RFIs, RFPs, PoVs, PoCs, scoping, estimations, and deal shaping (including outcome-based engagements).

3) Delivery Excellence & Value Realization

• Act as a subject matter expert during solution development and delivery, providing guidance and expertise throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing solutions, ensuring they are effectively adopted by stakeholders.
• Champion value realization by driving user enablement, embedding best practices, and utilizing performance dashboards to measure and maximize business impact.
• Continuously capture learnings and feedback from delivered projects to inform solution portfolio design and drive ongoing improvement, ensuring offerings remain relevant and impactful.

4) People & Capability Building

• Grow and mentor a high performing team of supply chain practice consultants, solution architects and pre-sales experts.
• Establish standards, playbooks, and reusable assets (use-case libraries, reference architectures, accelerators).
• Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous learning.

5) Partnerships & Ecosystem

• Develop joint offerings and field plays with platform partners (e.g., Azure/AWS/GCP, Databricks, Snowflake) and supply chain ISVs.
• Contribute thought leadership: whitepapers, conference talks, webinars, and customer advisory boards.
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• 20+ years in data analytics/AI or supply chain areas; 10+ years focused on supply chain data and analytics solutions development with tangible delivery outcomes.
• Proven track record building and operationalizing analytics/AI solutions (not just POCs) across one or more domains: logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, supply network design, procurement, planning/forecasting, sustainability.
• Industry depth in CPG/retail, pharma/healthcare, industrial manufacturing.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes & metrics (service level, forecast accuracy, inventory turns, OTIF, COGS, capacity,...).
• Understanding of sustainability analytics (LCA, supplier ESG, decarbonization levers).
• Expertise in Data and Analytics for Supply Chain:
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of core data and analytics concepts and knows how to apply them to real-world supply chain challenges.
  • Capable of leveraging cloud platforms and advanced analytics tools to drive meaningful improvements in areas like planning, forecasting, and operations.
  • Brings experience in utilizing business intelligence platforms and integrating analytics into workflows, making insights accessible to supply chain planners and operators.
  • Applies machine learning and optimization techniques to solve complex supply chain problems, ensuring solutions are scalable, reliable, and deliver measurable business value.
  • Prioritizes the practical adoption of data-driven approaches to enhance supply chain performance and decision-making.
• Comfortable owning P&L and commercial targets; excellence in pre-sales, deal shaping, and senior stakeholder management.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and change management skills in global, matrixed environments.
