About the Operations Team:

Includes the activities, processes and practices involved in managing and maintaining the operational aspects of an organization’s IT infrastructure and systems. It focuses on ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of IT services, infrastructure components and supporting systems in the Data & Analytics area.

 

Duties Description:

  • Provide expert service support as L3 specialist for the service.
  • Identify, analyze, and develop solutions for complex incidents or problems raised by stakeholders and clients as needed.
  • Analyze issues and develop tools and/or solutions that will help enable business continuity and mitigate business impact
  • Timely update assigned tasks, provide response and solution within agreed team's timelines.
  • Create problem corrective action plan proposals.
  • Deploy bug-fixes in managed applications.
  • Participate in internal knowledge sharing, collaboration activities, and service improvement initiatives.
  • Tasks may include incident or problem resolution, automation, change assessment, and development and implementation changes.

Requirements:

  • Required Skill: SQL, Linux, Azure
  • Nice to have: Certifications in PBI; Experience with Looker Studio (if no experience, required to learn); Experience with Google Cloud Platform (if no experience, required to learn.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently or with minimal supervision.
  • Open to learning new technologies and solutions.
  • Willing to work either ASIA, EMEA, or NALA shift
  • Willing to work on shifting basis
  • Willing to work during weekends or holidays as needed.
