Roles & Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement- Facilitate New Employee Onboarding
- Prepare welcome kits for new hires
- Design and implement groupwide Employee Engagement programs
- Conduct of engagement surveys and employee listening through various channels to get a more accurate reading of the level of engagement
- Implement Rewards and Recognition initiatives
- Develop, execute, and optimize employer branding campaigns internal and external across digital platforms
- Work closely with various internal stakeholders to manage the company’s branding channels
- Work with talent acquisition team to strategize on recruitment target areas
- Work with the graphics team to create material and content for employer branding and recruitment events such as posters, flyers, banners, etc.
- Manage content calendar to ensure appropriate branding communication is in place
- Create culture-building social media posts and targeted talent attraction campaigns (if needed) across company’s social media platforms
- Monitor recruitment campaigns and continuously measure and assess effectivity
- Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices to leverage candidate-facing communications to convey the corporate culture and employee experience
- Manage partnership contracts with academia and agencies
- Conduct branding audit with the design/graphics team for all assets used internally and externally
Requirements
- Understanding of social media platforms with focus on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn for both organic and paid marketing campaigns
- Understanding the best practices in social media marketing
- Understanding of the overall Digital Marketing landscape and how social media can play a role in marketing efforts across all channels and platforms
- Coordination with external vendors for branding & marketing campaigns
- Experienced in designing and producing creative social media assets
- Have sensitivity to the trends of the focus/target audience
- Passion and knack for storytelling with great communication skills
- Passion in connecting with people, understanding their motivations
- Ability to see areas of improvement on process and policies
- Bachelor’s degree preferred. 3-5 years of work experience in Employer Branding
