We are seeking a talented and experienced Instructional Designer with expertise in curriculum and course development for corporate e-learning.
This role will help us create learning experiences for a wide variety of clients across multiple sectors, from FMCG to medical fields.
Tasks:

Create strategic outlines, scripts, and storyboards, as well as develop learning objectives for structured courses.

Own and present your work to clients on regular client calls.

Collaborate with account teams and design teams to create e-learning that is consistent with client branding, tone of voice, and strategy.

Implement feedback to ensure the final product meets stakeholder expectations.
What We're Looking For:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.

Ability to translate the desired ideas and outcome into what is possible within e-learning tools.

Strong content creation and writing skills.

Flexibility to adapt project needs based on client and internal team feedback.

Excellent project management skills to work independently and prioritize multiple e-learning projects.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Background in instructional design or educational technology.

Previous experience in a corporate training or educational setting.
