Tasks:
- Oversee Monday.com platform and the content to ensure efficient performance
- Manage daily operations to ensure that business SLAs are consistently met
- Coordinate with technical consultants on system upgrades and implementations
- Support change management activities by developing training documentation, communication, and change impacts
- Collaborate with Business and IT stakeholders to enhance current capabilities
- Write functional specifications, test cases, perform testing, and analyze business value
- Implement new technologies to optimize content creation, including AI toolsets
- Design and implement appropriate taxonomies and metadata schemas to optimize digital asset search and streamline digital workflows
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in software development, technical project management or digital delivery
- With experience in FMCG\CPG GS1 Standards, including international experience, product hierarchies, taxonomies, and multi-languages
- Expertise in overseeing functional specifications, test cases, testing, and managing project budget and timelines
- Good understanding of data integration and API methodologies and tools
- Ability to multi-task and manage numerous concurrent projects of varying size and complexity
- Experienced in Salsify, Esko, Monday.com, Consumer Data Platforms (CDP) from Microsoft and Google, Shutterstock, Adobe Suite, Adstream, Khoros, Vidmob, Sprout, Data Lake solutions such as Snowflake and Azure
- Knowledgeable in Marketing Analytics tools like Tableau and Power BI
- Skilled in developing user training materials and documentation
- Strong problem solving skills
