We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Ad Tech Expert / Ad Tech Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our clients' digital advertising technologies, ensuring seamless data flow, and maximizing the efficiency of our ad operations. This role requires a deep understanding of advertising technology, particularly in relation to SaaS ETL tools and META Business Manager operations.

 
Tasks:
  • Conduct client workshops and assessments to understand data replication requirements and business objectives.
  • Design, implement, and maintain robust data ingestion pipelines using Funnel.io and Supermetrics to ensure seamless data flow from various media sources.
  • Continuously monitor the accuracy, reliability, and completeness of ingested data, and address any discrepancies or issues proactively.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data ingestion challenges swiftly to ensure continuous and uninterrupted data access, leveraging strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand their data needs and optimize data pipelines to meet evolving business objectives.
  • Manage and oversee the configuration and ongoing operations of clients' Facebook Business Manager accounts, ensuring they are securely connected to agency ad accounts.
  • Conduct domain verification, manage ownership within Facebook Business Manager, and set up tracking pixels and conversion APIs to ensure accurate performance tracking and reporting.
  • Stay current with the latest updates, trends, and best practices within META Business Manager, and proactively implement changes to optimize account performance.
  •  Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure that all tasks related to media data management and ad tech operations are completed on time and within scope.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met, and deliverables are of the highest quality.
  • Identify potential project risks early and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track and aligned with client goals.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
  • Prepare and deliver insightful presentations and reports on project status, campaign performance, and data insights to clients and senior management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing regular updates, soliciting feedback, and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients, media agencies, and internal teams on how to effectively use ad tech tools, manage data pipelines, and optimize ad performance.
  • Develop comprehensive training materials, user guides, and best practices documentation to support ongoing learning and skill development.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing data ingestion pipelines with tools like Funnel.io and Supermetrics.
  • Extensive experience with META Business Manager, including domain verification, pixel setup, and conversion API implementation.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency or in a similar role.
  • Certifications in META advertising platforms.
  • Familiarity with other ad tech tools and platforms.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
