

A Delivery Leader will oversee the successful execution of projects, drive team performance, and ensure client satisfaction. This role combines strategic leadership, delivery management, and business development to manage and grow a portfolio of projects while promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
Tasks
- Define resource needs to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery within the area of responsibility.
- Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and
development of team members. - Serve as a role model, embodying integrity and core organizational values.
- Provide leadership and guidance to Engagement Managers, including setting clear goals and managing day-to-day activities.
- Coach and mentor team members, offering regular feedback, recognizing achievements, and addressing performance issues proactively.
- Manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) for the area, ensuring financial performance aligns with targets.
- Oversee the project portfolio, ensuring quality, scope, cost, and delivery standards are met.
- Act as a point of escalation and gather client feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Serve as the Service Partner, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction on the customer side.
- Collaborate across teams and departments to achieve delivery excellence.
- Lead presales efforts, including the preparation of Statements of Work (SOW), responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), and other presales materials.
- Drive business development initiatives, actively expanding the portfolio of engagements.
- Maintain a commitment to delivering on promises with a focus on top-quality outcomes, supported by consistent client communication.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years in team leadership or people management roles, including experience managing Team Leaders.
- Proven track record in leading portfolios of projects, presales activities, and RFP response processes.
- Understanding of Azure cloud platform and the ability to bridge technical requirements with business needs.
- Exceptional leadership and management capabilities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Effective problem-solving, prioritization, and expectation-setting abilities.
- Self-driven, proactive, and highly accountable.
- Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management
