Tasks:

Provide expert service support as L3 specialist for the service.

Identify, analyze, and develop solutions for complex incidents or problems raised by stakeholders or clients as needed.

Analyze issues and develop tools and/or solutions that will help enable business continuity and mitigate business impact
-
Timely update assigned tasks, and provide responses and solutions within the agreed team's timelines.
-
Create problem corrective action plan proposals.
-
Deploy bug fixes in managed applications.
-
Participate in internal knowledge sharing, collaboration activities, and service improvement initiatives.
-
Tasks may include incident or problem resolution, automation, change assessment, and development and implementation changes.
Requirements:

Good command of English – both spoken and written skills
-
Must have strong knowledge of Azure, Python, and PySpark
-
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skillset – ability to translate technical details to
business/non-technical stakeholders

Must have the ability to effectively communicate across third parties,
technical, and business product managers on solution design.

Be able to apply research, information gathering, and analytical and
interpretation skills to problems of diverse scope.

Has the ability to think abstractly and deal with ambiguous/under-defined
problems.

Capable of working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative,
cross-functional, and cross-cultural environment

Equip to handle multiple projects and applications across different Competency Centers
-
Willing to work on a mid-shift schedule (2PM-11PM or 3PM-12MN)

Willing to work PH holiday and on a weekend rotation schedule as needed.
